Product Testing Program
We are continually improving our products and services based on customer feedback. As part of this effort, we invite select customers to participate in confidential product testing to evaluate new items before they are released.
How Our Product Testing Works:
Step 1
To apply product tester, please provide the following information below.
Step 2
Product Testing - Over the defined testing period (typically 3 to 14 days), you will install and use the new product as directed, evaluating things like performance, quality, appearance, ease of install/use and overall satisfaction. We request photo updates and brief written feedback in some programs.
Step 3
Feedback Submission - At the end of the testing period, you will provide your detailed feedback and input through a follow-up survey, review or interview. Compensation is issued after we receive your completed feedback.
